Our history
More than three decades of history – from first opening our doors in Germany to becoming a global freight forwarder. We’re proud of our heritage of connecting cargo, people and businesses, as well as delivering value through our actions, commitments and goals.
Our leadership
Working from our headquarters in Cologne, the MBS management team collaborates with teams around the globe to pursue our common goal: advancing our customers’ success. We believe in a collaborative approach, embracing flat hierarchies and agile processes.
Leading the charge are our co-CEOs, Joerg Roehl and Daniel Steckel, who bring decades of freight forwarding experience. Each CEO is responsible for overseeing specific areas of our business, providing personalised and direct guidance to every department.
