Working from our headquarters in Cologne, the MBS management team collaborates with teams around the globe to pursue a common goal: Advancing our customers’ success. Our approach is built on a foundation of diverse logistics expertise, agile digital processes and flat hierarchies.  

Leading the way are our CEOs, Daniel Steckel and Joerg Roehl, who bring decades of freight forwarding experience. Each CEO is responsible for overseeing specific areas of our business, providing personalised and direct guidance to every department. This structure allows us to maintain a high level of expertise and accountability throughout our operations.
