The client has the flexibility to confirm or adjust these proposals, adding an extra layer of control.

Information is maintained in Perfect Supply, with alerts triggered if delivery dates are at risk. Regular visits to suppliers and consolidation warehouses in sourcing countries ensure that standards are maintained and processes run smoothly.
