MBS FAMILY
Schon zu Weihnachten 2020 hatten sich die Mitarbeitenden der MBS
für die Kinder des Waisenhauses Overath ins Zeug gelegt. Keines der
Kinder wurde vergessen und jedes konnte an Heiligabend ein liebevoll
verpacktes Geschenk öffnen. Da die Aktion so erfolgreich war und viele
Mitarbeitende zutiefst bewegt hatte, wurde gleich die Zusage für das
nächste Weihnachtsfest gegeben.
So scheuten die MBSler auch an Weihnachten 2021 keine Kosten und
Mühen, um erneut 40 Kinderherzen höher schlagen zu lassen. Lego, Playmobil,
Brettspiele, Bastelmaterial: Kein Wunsch blieb offen.
Zwar konnte coronabedingt die Übergabe nicht persönlich erfolgen,
aber wir wissen aus erster Quelle: Jedes Geschenk ist angekommen und
macht den Kindern bis heute viel Freude…
Already at Christmas 2020, the MBS employees had gone all out for the
children of the Overath orphanage. None of the children were forgotten
and each one was able to open a lovingly wrapped gift on Christmas
Eve. Since the campaign was so successful and had deeply moved many
employees, the promise was immediately made for the next Christmas.
Thus, the MBS employees spared no expense and effort to make 40
children's hearts beat faster again at Christmas 2021. Lego, Playmobil,
board games, handicraft materials: no wish remained unfulfilled.
Although it was not possible to hand over the gifts in person due to
corona, we know from first-hand experience that every gift was received
and still gives the children a lot of joy... ■
Die MBS Logistics Hamburg hat den Jungs der Fußballabteilung des SC
Condor, Jahrgang 2006 neue Trainingsanzüge gespendet. Es scheint
sich sehr gut mit ihnen zu spielen, da die Kicker schon die ersten Siege
damit verbuchen konnten.
Wir können somit schon mal eine Sache festhalten: „MBS ist nicht nur
„MEIN BESTER SPEDITEUR“, sondern auch „MEIN BESTER SPORTLER !“
MBS Logistics Hamburg has donated new training suits to the boys
of the SC Condor soccer team, born in 2006. They seem to play
very well in them, as the kickers have already recorded their first victories
in them.
So we can already state one thing: "MBS is not only "MY BEST SHIPPING
COMPANY", but also "MY BEST SPORTSMAN !" ■
SPENDEN STATT SCHENKEN
Auf Initiative der Niederlassung Düsseldorf machte die MBS
Gruppe dem Kinderhospiz "Regenbogenland" in Düsseldorf
ein ganz besonderes Weihnachtsgeschenk. Niederlassungsleiterin
Johanna Heuser und Tamara Häußler, Head of
HR & Corporate Communication, übergaben Mona Mieruch
vom Regenbogenland einen Spendenscheck. „In Düsseldorf
unterstützen wir das Regenbogenland schon im dritten Jahr
und freuen uns, dass die Holding unser Engagement in diesem
Jahr noch etwas aufgestockt hat. Wir freuen uns, uns so an der
wichtigen Arbeit des Kinderhospiz beteiligen zu können,“ so
Johanna Heuser,.
Das Regenbogenland ist ein Haus für Familien mit Kindern,
die wegen einer lebensverkürzenden Erkrankung oder einer
schweren Behinderung nur eine eingeschränkte Lebenserwartung
haben. Es ist eine Einrichtung, die den Familien dabei helfen
will, die ihnen noch verbleibende Zeit gemeinsam möglichst
erfüllt und positiv zu gestalten.

Regenbogenland is a home for families with children who
have a limited life expectancy due to a life-shortening illness
or a severe disability. It is a facility that wants to help the families
to shape the time they have left together as fulfilled and
positive as possible. ■
