MBS VIET NAM - TAKE CHALLENGE TO SUCCESS
2014 MBS Viet Nam, located in Hochiminh
(SGN) started with only two staff
members learning how to set up and
handle the first nominated shipments.
Until now MBS SGN has seven employees.
They can handle goods to and
from the entire region of Viet Nam, providing
the following services: inland service,
custom service, warehouse, shipping,
sea and air freight, oversea service. Our
staff is made up of young people from the
1990ers generation. Some of them started
as interns, became full-time employees,
and have remained with the company until
now. All of us are aware that we must
try to learn and cultivate, always keeping
in mind the way when we face with the
new things as "empty glasses"1 in order to
listen and gain full knowledge then and
strive to be a better version of ourselves
every day, apply for work to try match the
highest level, fulfill the consumer to the
greatest extent possible.

two years ago workflows have changed
dramatically in many sectors and industries

becoming more difficult, the logistics
industry also faces many challenges

that have never happened in history:
The freight rate has skyrocketed over the
last 18 months for both sea and air, omit
vessel, delay schedule consecutive, full
space, lack of empty space, lockdown…
disrupted supply chains and trade channels.
We are together with young people:
active, hardworking are sharing difficulties
together, turning difficulties into
opportunities.
By providing a reasonable price and
get space at the right time, we have reached
a new set of customers, and we will
keep customers in the long term by trying
to provide the fastest service, best click to
meet the requirements. Then after one
year of pandemic with the best support
from MBS global offices, MBS Viet Nam
achieved a very good result in 2021.Viet
Nam has reopened, and we will gradually
become adapted to live with COVID.
Flights and foreign economic activities
have begun to resume as their new normal
routine. There's still a lot of work to be
done, a lot of goals to be reached, but our
strong team is always ready for challenges.
So we will keep going and trying. ■
