Kaum zu glauben, aber wahr – jetzt bin ich bei der MBS schon
das 10. Jahr…
2011 habe ich bei der MBS in der Abteilung Logistics Solution
angefangen. Die guten Abläufe haben mir gleich sehr gut gefallen.
Ich hatte die Möglichkeit, mich stetig weiterzuentwickeln, an
Schulungen teilzunehmen, Kontakte zu Kunden und Partnern
aufzubauen, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und mich letztendlich
auch intern auf eine Stelle zu bewerben, um meine vorherigen
jahrelangen Kenntnisse und auch meine Interessen im Unternehmen
einbringen und erweitern zu können.
Das abwechslungsreiche und organisatorische Aufgabengebiet
gefällt mir sehr. Bei der MBS hat jeder Mitarbeiter die Möglichkeit,
neue Ideen und Verbesserungsvorschläge einzubringen.
Des Weiteren freue ich mich jeden Tag auf meine Kollegen und
Kolleginnen…wir sind ein starkes Team und die Arbeit mit euch
macht Spaß! Dies spiegelt sich auch in der Philosophie der MBS
wider: „Das Team ist das Herz und die Seele des Unternehmens,
unser Gesicht nach Außen und der Stützpfeiler im Innern“.
Hard to believe, but true - now I am already in my 10th year at
MBS...
I started at MBS in 2011 in the Logistics Solution department. I
immediately liked the good processes. I had the opportunity to
constantly develop myself, take part in training courses, build up
contacts with customers and partners, take on responsibility and
ultimately also apply for a position internally in order to be able to
contribute and expand my previous years of knowledge and also
my interests in the company.
I really like the varied and organisational range of tasks. At MBS,
every employee has the opportunity to contribute new ideas and
suggestions for improvement. Furthermore, I look forward to
meeting my colleagues every day...we are a strong team and working
with you is fun! This is also reflected in the MBS philosophy:
"The team is the heart and soul of the company, our face to the
outside world and the pillar of support on the inside". ■

10 Jahre in einer Firma zu arbeiten sagt doch schon viel aus und benötigt
nicht vieler Worte! Ich bin froh, dass ich diesen Schritt damals
gemacht habe und freue mich auf mindesten nochmals 10 Jahre!
Working for a company for 10 years says a lot and doesn't need
many words! I am glad that I took this step back then and I am looking
forward to at least another 10 years! ■
